FICCI FLO JK&L Launches first of its kind Health initiative AMAANAT
Jammu: FICCI FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh Chapter under the Chairpersonship of Kunwarani Ritu Singh are happy to announce the Launch of their Health Initiative AMAANAT through a zoom ceremony. FICCI FLO JK&L is grateful to all the doctors who have graciously agreed to come on board and support this cause by offering their expertise to such needy patient’s free of cost as part of their CSR .
FICCI FLO JK&L has taken up the cause to improve the lives of 100 such families belonging to the marginalized section of society and reach out to those women whose lives have been affected by the current COVID 19 pandemic and they have lost their sole earning member of their families to this pandemic. Dichotomy of the Indian society is that inspite of numerous economic reforms a vast chunk of our population is employed in unorganised sector. As per the survey 93-94% of the population is engaged in it.
FICCI FLO JK&L are grateful and proud to have onboard the following doctors Dr. R Madaan (Gynecology & Obstetrics), Dr. Sunil Chowdhary (Gynecology & Obstetrics), Dr. Mohan Lal (Cardiology), Dr. A S Bhatia (Biochemistry), Dr. Abhinav Gupta (General Physician & Diabetologist), Dr. Amit Suri (Urology), Dr. Deepak Abrol ( Radiation Oncology), Dr. Zeeshan Ahmed (Opthomology), Dr. Adnan Rafiq (Gastroenterologist), Dr. Virender Singh ( Pediatrics), Dr. Tania Kakkar (Gynecology & Obstetrics), Dr. Palki Sharma (Dermatologist), Dr. Ashmina Gour (Dental Surgeon) . The doctors have graciously agreed not only free consultancy but also procedures and long term medicines to these families in need.
Some of our fellow members have also agreed to come on board and offered basic pathological tests free of cost. The webinar was ended with a vote of thanks by Kr. Ritu Singh where she appealed to the members to spread this initiative across the UT, so that it can benefit large amount of people who are actually in need of medical assistance and aid.
