2 Engineers transferred

Jammu: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued fresh transfer and posting orders for two engineers in the Public Works (R&B) Department.
The transfers were announced in Government Order No. 01-PW(R&B) of 2025, issued on January 3, 2025, by Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, Secretary to the Government.
As per the order, Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Assistant Engineer (Civil), currently posted in the PMGSY Division Budhal, has been transferred and placed at the disposal of the Executive Engineer, PW (R&B) Division, Kulgam.
Mudasir Malikzada, Assistant Engineer (Civil), presently serving in the PW(R&B) Division Kulgam, has been transferred and placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
The transfers are stated to have been made in the interest of administration and are effective immediately.
